北京2020年3月3日 /美通社/ -- 8i企业收购公司（简称“8i”或“公司”）（NASDAQ交易代码：JFKKU），一家在英属维京群岛注册的特殊目的并购公司（Special Purpose Acquisition Company, or “SPAC”），今天宣布Diginex，一家已经于2019年7月9日与8i签订最终股票交换协议的数字资产金融服务和咨询公司，已任命Vicky Tan为其驻新加坡合规部门负责人。 

Vicky将负责Diginex在新加坡的合规相关业务，并在风险评估方面为Diginex的全球业务提供支持。Vicky将向驻香港的Diginex首席合规官Malcolm Wright汇报。
